AVANEE Launch Offers

1. Promoter

This promotional campaign is organised by AnuHita GmbH, operating under the brand AVANEE ("AVANEE", "we", "us" or "our").

The promotion is available in Germany through participating Indian & Asian retail stores and participating online sales platforms that accept the applicable AVANEE promotional offer.

2. Promotional Period

The campaign is valid from 1 September 2026 through 30 September 2026, inclusive.

3. JaganInGermany – 15% OFF

During the promotional period, eligible customers may receive 15% OFF the total purchase value of eligible AVANEE products on an eligible purchase or order by using the promotional coupon code JaganInGermany.

• • The coupon may be redeemed once per household during the promotional period.
• • The coupon applies only to eligible AVANEE products.
• • The coupon is valid only through participating retail stores and participating online sales platforms that accept the offer.
• • The coupon is subject to product availability.
• • The coupon cannot be combined with another promotional offer or discount.

4. #SelfieWithAVANEE – 30% OFF

During the promotional period, eligible customers may participate in the #SelfieWithAVANEE promotion and may receive a 30% OFF promotional coupon, subject to successful verification by AVANEE.

To participate, customers must:

1. 1. Take a selfie featuring an AVANEE product.
2. 2. Publish the selfie publicly on Instagram during the promotional period.
3. 3. Tag @avanee.foods.
4. 4. Provide information reasonably required by AVANEE for verification.

The Instagram account and qualifying post must remain publicly accessible for verification.

5. Verification & Coupon Issuance

Participation in the #SelfieWithAVANEE promotion does not automatically guarantee issuance of a coupon.

AVANEE will review the submitted post and verify compliance with the applicable campaign requirements. Following successful verification, AVANEE may issue the applicable 30% OFF promotional coupon.

6. Household Limitation

The 15% JaganInGermany coupon may be redeemed once per household during the promotional period.

The 30% #SelfieWithAVANEE coupon may also be redeemed once per household during the promotional period.

Customers may participate in both promotional offers if the respective conditions are fulfilled. However, the two discounts cannot be combined or applied to the same purchase or order.

7. Redemption

Promotional coupons are valid only through participating retail stores and participating online sales platforms that accept the applicable AVANEE promotional offer.

Discounts apply only to the eligible AVANEE products included in the relevant purchase or order.

For online purchases, the applicable promotional code must be entered according to the instructions provided by the participating online sales platform.

Coupons are single-use and cannot be redeemed more than once.

8. No Cash Alternative

Promotional discounts and coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold or converted into another monetary benefit.

9. Product Availability

Promotional offers are subject to the availability of participating AVANEE products at participating retail stores and participating online sales platforms.

AVANEE does not guarantee that every AVANEE product or SKU will be available through every participating retail store or online sales platform.

10. Duplicate, Fraudulent or Misleading Participation

AVANEE reserves the right to refuse or invalidate participation or coupon issuance where it reasonably determines that the applicable promotional conditions have not been fulfilled or that the promotion has been manipulated, abused or otherwise misused.

11. Instagram

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Instagram is not responsible for the administration of this promotion or for any claims relating to it.

12. Participant Content & Image Rights

Participation in the #SelfieWithAVANEE promotion does not automatically grant AVANEE unrestricted rights to use a participant's photograph, image or other personal content for advertising or other purposes.

If AVANEE wishes to repost or otherwise use participant content for its own marketing or promotional purposes, AVANEE may request separate permission from the participant.

13. Data Protection

Personal data provided to AVANEE in connection with this promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable data-protection laws and AVANEE's Privacy Policy.

Participation in this promotion does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing communications.

14. Changes or Early Termination

AVANEE reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including circumstances beyond AVANEE's reasonable control.

15. Legal Compliance

Mandatory statutory rights of consumers remain unaffected. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
